Individuals taking the online courses are responsible for scheduling their skills test within 120 days or they will be required to purchase another course. Individuals taking the online courses affirm that they have the mental capacity and autonomy to complete the course as outlined by the American Heart Association. Individuals wishing to challenge the online courses as initial training acknowledge that it is at the instructor’s discretion to provide a remediation opportunity.
